Returns policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If not, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order via the website’s contact form.
If your purchase is faulty or damaged, please email within 7 days of receiving your order and send a photo to:- phenomenalaccessories@gmail.com
Unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The postage costs for sending it back to us must be paid for by you. We advise that items you're returning to us are tracked as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not reach us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to advise you of the status of the refund. Providing the return has been received in good order, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer the option to exchange goods unless an item is faulty or damaged.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
